I'm listening to a podcast about the knights Templar, the group of men formed in the 12th century with the idea of fighting the infidels and recuperate holy lands from them in the name of religion. There is such a stigma surrounding this order, somehow they seem to me as a bunch of self righteous minute man with the cross up front. I also find them awkwardly desirable on account that they were after all ..knights.
